Immunohistochemistry (IHC)

In situ Hybridization (iSH)
- Demonstrates RNA transcripts in tissue by hybridiziation of RNA probe against that transcript, followed by amplification and visualization with a chromogen.

- User must provide probe of interest and an appropriate positive AND negative probe. BPTP supplies all other supplies.
- BPTP will optimize the procedure on your tissue using positive and negative probes.
- Dual-plex staining is available.
