Bee award nominations
The BEE award is a program aimed at recognizing non-nursing team members at UK HealthCare who provide excellent service by going Beyond Exceptional Expectations. This program is recognized in health systems nationally and is a great way to celebrate deserving team members.
Who is eligible?
Not sure which non-nursing positions qualify for the BEE award? Anyone who supports patient care is eligible. Below are a few examples:
- Unlicensed assistive personnel
- Environmental Services team members
- Unit clerks
- Dietary team members
- Respiratory therapists
What type of work is celebrated?
Not sure what type of service we celebrate with this award? BEE award recipients should demonstrate UK HealthCare’s DIRECT values, which are:
