Lifestyle Change Program

Our lifestyle change program is specifically designed for those at risk for type 2 diabetes. If you lose 5-10% of your body weight, through diet and lifestyle changes, you can prevent type 2 diabetes. This nationally recognized Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) is a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention lifestyle change program.

Our next series begins October 22 and will meet on Tuesdays from 4-5 p.m. Eastern Time on Zoom.
