Students in health‑related programs — as well as volunteers and observers — may need to complete tuberculosis (TB) screening to meet program or clinical requirements.

Each college or program may have different requirements, so make sure you check with your college to know exactly what you must do.

How to Complete the TB Risk Assessment

You can fill out the UK HealthCare Student Health TB Risk Assessment through your University of Kentucky MyChart account.

Here’s how to find it:

  1. Log in to MyChart.
  2. Click on the Menu.
  3. Scroll down to Questionnaires.
  4. Open the UK HealthCare Student Health TB Risk Assessment and complete it.
