The appt felt rushed. The first doc that saw me (resident) took her time, asked questions and listened to me. Dr. Wong was nice and answered my questions, but I felt a little like a number. Hopefully, if insurance approves my surgery, my next appt with her will be longer, with more detail provided about the surgery, implant options, recovery, etc.

The doctor explained everything in very thorough detail. She covered basis so well I needed to ask little to no questions. She showed me where she'd need to cut during surgery and why. Very good.
