    From the examination I received I left wondering if the practitioners knew why I was there. I have lipoedema, I believe they came into the exam room thinking I was there for lymphodema. The Dr came Into the room with his mind made up before he laid eyes on me. They were discussing things about me I didn't want them addressing. I was not heard at all, but dismissed. I appreciate wanting to ensure people aren't waiting for long but there should also be a balance to ensure people are being listened to

    This was the first time That my input actually matter.. The passed visit most have been a nightmare. But the Dr's are awesome .. I would Recommend Dr. Brgoch and Dr. Ruth and the other Dr I seen on 11/7/2024 I forgot her name-but for the first I felt like I was actually listen to .. Those three are awesome

      Dr. Brgoch explained everything he was gonna do to me during my procedures that day. He also told me when I would bring something up if it was gonna be necessary or not at the time, which I appreciated that because he could've just took my money and not said anything, but he was honest in his opinion as far as what I needed to have done, and there was no sense in wasting extra money on things that I really did not need as of right now

      Underwhelmed by explanations I received. There was little discussion of treatment options (seemed to jump straight to surgery without explanation). Given scheduling, it seems I will be going months without treatment or any suggestions for how to alleviate symptoms in the near-term.
