The young lady who was assisting Dr Brgoch was very nice and gave me a feeling that I would be able to get help. Dr Brgoch destroyed all hope with a cold eyed glare that left me wanting to flee. Rarely have I met a doctor with less warmth or empathy.

  The provider is amazing! He takes the time to listen to your concerns and answer any questions. The visit was for our 8year old. He made her feel like she was part of the process and eased any of her concerns!

  The doctor had his mind made up before he came in the room. He never actually examined my abdomen. He looked at it from 5 feet away and never layed hands on me to see the issues I was there for.

  My initial impression of Dr. Brgoch was mixed as he questioned the decisions my other doctors had made during my treatment. But my impression became more favorable during my appointment as he listened to me very well and also mentioned a couple of concerns he had and how he would address. As this was our initial consultation, I didn't expect him to recommend a treatment plan at this point. He did tell me his next steps are to fully review my case history and consult with my ID doctor before we meet together again in a week. It was overall a very good initial consultation.

  Dr Brgosh was a friendly person- but I did feel the services were rushed- not much talking happened. No before and after pics were shown- no discussions of negative impacts discussed. It felt very clinical not personal or like welcoming. I was just another #.

  He was vague when explaining parts of what he wanted to do during the surgical procedure that is now scheduled for next month. When asked about to difference between only removing the ganglion cyst vs repairing the torn ligament that was discovered during the examination, he only said that there would be a slightly larger incision with no discussion on how this would change recovery or costs.
