Transform Health Surgery Partners
Our Transform Health surgery partners offer procedures and surgeries to help transgender adults with transition once they are referred by a Transform provider or another primary care provider.
Surgical services
- Gynecology: For pelvic and menstrual concerns and hysterectomy
- Plastic surgery: For breast augmentation and chest mastectomy
- Ear, nose and throat (ENT): For facial reconstruction
- Urology: For pelvic or urinary concerns and orchiectomy
Surgical appointments
- Please ask your hormone provider (in or outside of UK) or your primary care provider to make a referral to see one of our surgeons.
- Our Transform Health surgery partners will require letters from a mental health provider or possibly your hormone provider based on the current recommendations from the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) Standards of Care 8 and/or insurance company policies.
