About
Sarah L. Kluck, MD, is a board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist (Ob/Gyn), who provides comprehensive care including maternity care, well-woman care, and the medical and surgical treatment of different gynecologic conditions such as fibroids, endometriosis, abnormal pap smears, abnormal uterine bleeding, sexual health and gender dysphoria. Dr. Kluck is passionate about offering a minimally invasive approach to surgery, either laparoscopic or robotic, when possible.
As an assistant professor in the department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Dr. Kluck teaches and mentors medical students and residents at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine.
Dr. Kluck completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at UC San Diego, serving as administrative chief in her fourth year. She subsequently completed a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery and Advanced Pelvic Surgery at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas, Texas. She earned her medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.
Dr. Kluck is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG). She is also a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.
Outside of work, Dr. Kluck enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her husband and two young boys. She loves hiking, biking and anything related to the outdoors!
Personal Statement
Dr. Kluck loves getting to know her patients and forming long-lasting relationships. She finds her job extremely gratifying from taking care of patients during their pregnancy to helping patients get back to their daily lives by treating different gynecologic conditions. She believes that in order to build meaningful relationships with her patients, she must listen to their needs and help determine treatment options based on her patients’ goals.
