Our clinic at UK HealthCare – Fountain Court offers primary care as well as Transform Health services. Transform Health provides safe, evidence-based care to address the needs of people in the LGBTQ+ community.
Our services
- Primary care (including chronic care for health conditions, basic mental health care, cancer screenings, screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections)
- PrEP (for HIV prevention)
- Hormone therapy for adults
- Gender-affirming care and referrals for youth and adults*
- Mental health care referrals (both in and out of UK)
- Surgery referrals
*UK providers practice in accordance with Kentucky law and federal orders. Therefore, we cannot provide puberty-blocking treatment or hormones to those under 19. We do offer primary care, chronic care and referrals for transgender spectrum patients of all ages.
Note: Patients who are not seeking hormone therapy can be seen by any of our family medicine providers at Fountain Court. Our team offers general primary care, PrEP, STI screening and other care with respect for your preferences.
