      There have been a couple times my insurance refused to cover a procedure the dr. had scheduled. She did a great job in explaining what the procedure was, why it had been denied, etc.

      Dr Moss and Caitlyn Crowder, PA , always since first visit, make an effort to put your mind as ease no matter what phase of your cancer path you're at that day. They always really listen and hear my concerns, then explain how the treatment is best selected and geared towards my cancer and my plan.
