This Ranch Veggie Dip is a quick and healthy snack option. Made with a homemade ranch seasoning and Greek yogurt, it's rich in protein and low in sodium, making it a healthy choice. Enjoy it with fresh vegetables for a nutritious and satisfying snack. 

Homemade Veggie Ranch Dip 

Yield 

2 servings 

Ingredients 

Seasoning (Yield: 2/3 cup): 

  • 4 tablespoons dried parsley 

  • 2 tablespoons dried dill 

  • 1 tablespoon dried chives 

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder 

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder 

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper 

Dip: 

  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning 

  • 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt 

  • Milk or water (to thin, if needed) 

Instructions 

Seasoning: 

Combine all seasoning ingredients in an airtight container and shake well. Store in a pantry or cabinet for up to 3 months. 

Dip: 

Combine yogurt and seasoning and stir well. Add 1 tablespoon milk or water to thin, until desired consistency is reached. Serve with sliced veggies like bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, or tomatoes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
