Health Disparities Employee Resources

Efforts to address health disparities are most impactful when everyone is engaged in creating space for connection and belonging.

To foster a community of acceptance at UK HealthCare, we offer a variety of resources for our employees.

Crucial Conversations

This platform was designed to discuss social matters, critical events and the celebration of our differences in a safe space.

Health Disparity Ambassadors

The goal of the Health Disparity Ambassadors program is to support our staff in the goal of being champions who advocate for all people and patients. Through this program, UK HealthCare employees can become part of the work to move forward in our efforts to address health disparities.

Health Disparity Ambassadors exist as a bridge among departments and organizational leadership.

Individual Care

  • Call the member services number on the back of your insurance ID card.
  • Register for/log in to your member account at Anthem.com.

Lunch, Listen & Learn (L3) Series

Lunch, Listen and Learn series graphicWe offer this series on a quarterly basis. It provides an intimate group setting for various UK HealthCare affinity groups to connect with the executive leadership team.
