      I was medically discharged from the army, the doctor told me I could put a sleeve on my leg for the rest of my life. I told her that was not an option due to me trying to return to my contract. She shrugged her shoulders and repeated her sleeve treatment. No regard to my situation.

      Dr. Repella did not address concerns with me, I had to wait for the visit summary in MyChart to find out what her plan of care was. I was called to schedule with a different provider with NO explanation.
