Personal Statement

“Our health care is going through a global epidemic of lifestyle-related diseases due to physical inactivity, engaging in habits that we think will give happiness or relieve stress but eventually turn out to be detrimental to our health. I feel I am making a difference when I engage and empower my patients to get active, manage their mental strength, and make informed decisions on their health.”
