I am so thankful to Dr. Reno for listening to me, believing me, supporting me, and truly understanding my situation. I also appreciate the way she communicates, how carefully she reviews my charts, and her professionalism. When I first met her for abdominal pain, she ordered a sonogram, but she didn't dismiss me when the results came back negative. She believed me when I said I was still in significant pain and took the time to really investigate the cause. Because of that, I'm finally on track to get the problem resolved. Even though I've only seen her twice, I already feel a genuine connection with her, and that trust makes a real difference for me and for patient care.
