Acute Care services
UK HealthCare is now offering after-hours acute care via telehealth on select evenings through our Fountain Court clinic.
Telehealth acute care appointments are available Mondays and Wednesdays from 6–10 p.m. These visits are telehealth only and are offered in addition to our in-person services, which remain available daily from 8 a.m.–7:30 p.m. at UK HealthCare Fountain Court Acute Care.
Appointments for both in-person acute care visits and evening telehealth acute care can be scheduled in MyChart or by using the UK HealthCare Fountain Court Acute Care scheduling link.

Same-day appointments
Our Fountain Court location offers same-day acute care appointments that you can book online until time slots fill up each day. We offer these estimated time slots to help reduce your wait time in our clinic. Please consider arriving early in case we can work you in ahead of schedule. If time slots are full, call 859-218-2626 for walk-in availability.
