Early in my life, I knew I wanted to be a nurse and care for people. I became a Neonatal ICU nurse and loved watching the little ones grow and defy odds on a daily basis. We nurses were advocates for these children, as well as their families. During this time, I decided I wanted to be a Nurse Practitioner so I could care for and advocate for my patients along the entire lifespan – from newborn to elderly.
I thoroughly enjoy getting to know and care for my patients. The most rewarding experience as a provider is to help patients and witness their progress as they improve their health, overcome obstacles and reach their goals.
Great medicine treats and cares for the whole person. Proverbs says, “A joyful heart is good medicine,” and I truly believe that laughter and love is the greatest medicine. As a Nurse Practitioner, I want to consider the whole person - spiritually, physically and mentally – to help them achieve optimal health and live a full and happy life.

Always a good experience!
I had the most amazing experience! 10/10 will come back
I live an hour away and called in the morning and was seen the same afternoon. I greatly appreciated that.
Very pleased with this provider. Super happy with everyone there!
Amber Ballard is better than any primary care provider and specialist I've ever had. A dermatologist misdiagnosed me, & Amber took a look at it & took care of it. She listens & addresses all my concerns; & I believe that is so important. I recommend everyone to go to her. Def a God sent! Are you happy with the care you received from this provider?
