Dr. Chandrashekar listens to me - example - I had COVID and was wheezing and coughing 14 days after dx. She treated me and I am better. She is the best!

This doctor is absolutely the most caring, knowledgeable, communicative; concerned and not too rushed to listen to you. Very efficient.

It is frustrating that she neer listens to heart or lungs or gets close to me. I have a cough for a long time but she said, oh is allergies! I don't like her as a dr.

Dr. Chandrashekar was sincerely and genuinely excited to see that I was not pregnant since the last time we saw each other! So sweet and kind - not only an amazing provider, but actually shows care!

I kept telling the doctor that I wanted to have the imaging done at Baptist Health since I had my screening there. She said she could print off the referral. I told her she can send it to them. She states since they use EPIC too they should be able to pull it up. I called Baptist Health and they said they couldn't that the doctor need to fax the order. I called back and sent a message to the office and explained the doctor needs to fax over the order and it's urgent. The doctor said she would have a staff member fax it over. As of right now the order has not been received by Baptist Health. I even tried calling UK diagnostic mammogram imaging to get it scheduled there and they said they could that it would be considered a second opinion and that it would have to be at Baptist Health. Also my pressure when I first arrived to my appointment was very high 151/94. The doctor was concerned and I explained I just got done crying and my anxiety level is really high due to finding a lump in my breast. I kept asking them to retake it before I leave to show my blood pressure is always normal unless I'm have an anxiety/panic attack or in pain from migraines and neck pain. I felt like no one was listening.

I will not be returning to her. She didn't even introduce herself to me for one. Sat at her computer staring at it more than making eye contact with me the entire time. When I mentioned concerns about recent weight gain all she said was time to get back into it then huh? I hope im not expected to pay a physician fee considering I got absolutely nothing out of this visit other than lab work. She showed no empathy whatsoever. I'm not even a big person (a size 6) but somehow felt fat shamed by this doctor. Don't go to her! I'm sad because the location was amazing otherwise. As a provider who sees patients myself it was horrible being on the receiving end of care like this
