The care that was provided exceeded my expectations.

I never normally do these surveys, but this is the second time I've taken a child to this particular PA and both times I have gotten such bad care that I have then taken them to a different provider. In this visit she looked at me and said I'm stumped. I brought my sick child in for a diagnosis and I got not only no diagnosis but no follow up or next steps. I don't know how she does with adults, but either her bedside manner or her competence or both with children is severely lacking. I've had excellent care with an APRN at Fountain Court, but I will never take a child back to her.

Robin showed that she cared about my concerns. She listened and responded with very knowledgeable information. She made me feel comfortable and I would recommend her to all my loved one.

She did not have any suggestions about what I came there for regarding the pain in my left jaw area going down into my neck. It had been going on for about 3 days before I came to be seen at the clinic. She asked me what I want a steroid. She said if it is inflammation it would help. She suggested getting the medicine filled and I would have it in case I changed my mind. I just felt something more could have been done maybe an x-ray. Whatever was going on resolved itself.

This is the first time I have seen this provider as a patient but I also accompanied a friend earlier this year to the urgent care clinic and was in the room when this same provider saw my friend. I think my biggest concern is the lack of bedside manner. I felt like my concerns with another health issue I brought up to her were not addressed. I am a Psychologist (for UK) and have been a healthcare provider for 23 years. I think improving some of her interpersonal skills (communication, etc) could make a patient's visit to urgent care much improved. I will not see this provider again for these reasons.
