I often felt dismissed by Dr. Haque during our appointment. For example, I asked questions about whether my medications would be appropriate given my lab results following the last appointment. The labs were to sub-type my POTS diagnosis. In response, I was told that we talked at length about medications at my last visit. As a patient, I should be encouraged to ask questions as many times as needed. It is understandable that I would want to wait to start medications until I discuss test results, which I also informed the team about via mychart messaging. I was concerned the medications may have harmful effects on my blood pressure, which has happened in the past. I was then quizzed about what my definition of low blood pressure is, which is a subjective experience as people tolerate different levels. I pointed to my prior tilt table test result of 80/60, which is quite low. The provider mentioned several times that we had already arrived at my diagnosis, seemingly dismissing my questions about the data and blood pressure. She is the first cardiologist I have seen since the tilt table test, so I was hoping for someone to closely review the data in the report from that test with me. I disagree with the provider's assessment that I have secondary POTS. My condition has been occurring much longer than my case of reactive arthritis or the first time I had COVID. The information provided in the appointment overall was useful, but I did not feel particularly well supported from this encounter. I am looking forward to connecting with a specialist in my condition. Last, my after visit summary noted that I was obese, which I am not. This must have been left in error.

She is absolutely the best cardiologist we have ever seen. She is knowledgeable, doesn't rush us, explains things thoroughly and is understanding that we are human beings and have real problems.

Dr. Haque is one of the best doctors I have seen personally. She is very engaged with me as well as my wife. She listened to my concerns with a medication and found another option.

This will rank as one of my best first encounters with a provider ever. She was familiar with my history, including some new developments, which I appreciated. She also answered my questions thoroughly, and was very supportive.

The provider was very nice and went over my history very thoroughly before continuing with what's going on now and correcting mistakes in my chart.

I tend to get confused and also ask a lot of questions. Started bringing my caregiver in to help. Dr Haque is a great doctor. She is patient kind and really knows her stuff. I love that she looks at mychart to see what else I have going on. Really am grateful that she is in charge of caring for my heart.

Dr. Haque was my 3rd cardiologist I saw for my issues. The other two were not helpful at all at the other hospitals. She was able to correct the wrong diagnoses provided by the other physicians. She listened to my problems instead of telling me that I was being dramatic. I appreciate her kindness and have already recommended others to her.

I was given a referal to cardiology but the doctor did not do any exams on my heart and was told that I didnt need any following appointment

When speaking to me, I can tell they know my history, know when I've improved, or slipped a little, and celebrate good news and events with me.

Everything felt pre-determined without being previously seen. After an extremely long wait time, the doctor came in and started explaining her pre-decided treatment plan. The whole appointment felt rushed and I felt unable to speak or be heard about questions or worries.

Love this place and the entire team. The young lady at check out needs to be a little more friendly and proactive asking are you ready to check out. I had to approach her and initiate the conversation. This doesn't bother me at all, but when there's an older person who really doesn't know what to do or that they should ask I think it could present problems of confusion for them. Once I initiated conversation, she was very good on getting me scheduled and getting the information I needed. It's just the initial approach that needs a little work and then I think she's got it.

Dr.Haque spent more then the average time talking an explaining her care and what I should be doing, myself and my Wife were impressed with her professionalism.
