About
Dr. Kelly Stahl is a board-certified surgeon at UK HealthCare who has advanced training in endocrine surgery. She uses many techniques to improve her patients’ experiences, including minimally invasive parathyroidectomy and minimally invasive laparoscopic adrenalectomy. She also has a special interest in surgeon-directed ultrasound and fine-needle aspiration (FNA).
After earning her medical degree at the University of Utah, Dr. Stahl went to Pennsylvania State University for her residency in general surgery. During this training, she completed her master’s degree in clinical research as well as two years of research in quality outcomes in surgical oncology. After her residency, she completed a fellowship in endocrine surgery at the University of Pittsburgh.

My goal as a surgeon is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care that is grounded in clear communication and trust. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, I strive for the safest and most effective outcomes for every patient.
