Dr. Makarr is compassionate, and extremely caring, I am always listened to, and feel important in her presence, this is important to me because I have no family here, in my 21 years living in Kentucky, home of my mother's side of my family, not one family member came to visit me and my son,(I was born In the Pacific Northwest Washington State) and I left an abusive marriage in 2010, it's been me and my son for over 15 years now. So it's so important to me that my medical providers are genuine and Dr Makarr is sincere and genuine. I love Dr. Makarr, she is a treasure and a rare gem in the world of medicine, exceptional and phenomenally brilliant.

Only issue I had was some recommendations were for someone who lived in a large city with lots of access to swimming, exercise classes etc. I live in a very rural area with no access to things I most likely would benefit from.
