I love this clinic , always friendly informative, they listen to my questions, offer next steps and allow me to decide my treatment options. (Injections and waiting a while til I do surgery)

Pamela Kouns actually didn't see me and the hand-off that was done with my surgeon, Dr. Schaeffer, was not well executed. It delayed me by almost an hour.

Pamela Kouns, P.A. Had positive manner. She explained relevant info and answers to my questions very clearly. She explained need for follow-up appointment and basically concurred with findings shared in ER plus new x-ray info that seemed to be more encouraging fracture prognosis.

Pamela was very kind, listening to my concerns, answering my questions and easing my anxiety (I knew getting the steroid shots in my hands would be painful from previous experience. I was especially appreciative that they were able to see me immediately despite my showing up a day late.

This Dr. Pushed on my hand, had me try to do a thumbs up after looking at my injury. This was not a follow up like the UK dr/surgeon at Good Samaritan told us it would be like on 7/4/23. No questions about numbing after I said I was very numb, no therapy suggestions, no timeline of normal activity until I asked. Not informative at all. I can't move my hand, how can I not be scheduled some type of hand therapy?

      1. Said to wear a brace did not give me script, or where I could get. She didn't even give me the name of the brace .2. I feel that she blew me off. 3. Didn't really care that I have 2 separate issues 1 is happening with both hands and the other just started a month ago so how does fixing that issue fix the first in both hands thinks just fall out of both hands
