Candice D. Falls received her PhD in Nursing from University of Kentucky with a research focus in advanced heart failure and left ventricular assist device. She received her Master's in Nursing degree at Vanderbilt University, School of Nursing in Nashville, Tenn. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She is also certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Medicine as a Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner and by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine as an Anti-Aging Health Practitioner. In addition to her nursing background, she has a MS in Exercise Physiology and a BA in Exercise Science.
