    Dr Jackson was amazing. She listened to all of my concerns and made sure to answer every question and explain everything in great detail.

    She showed great care and has excellent bedside manner, but I am still a little confused after leaving the appointment. She said things looked normal, but still gave a prescription antibiotic which confused me because I would prefer not to use antibiotics unless needed.
