Appointment Reminders
Stay on track with your care. Starting Nov. 2, 2026, UK HealthCare and UK health system hospitals will send voice appointment reminders through Hello World, our new communication platform. Learn how to recognize your reminders, respond and choose how we contact you.
Recognize our messages
Your appointment reminders may look or sound different with the new platform. (This includes appointments for UK HealthCare, UK St. Claire and UK King’s Daughters.)
Messages will come from:
- Text messages: 85421
- Phone calls: 859-306-0336 or 859-306-0332
- Emails: [email protected]
Not sure a message is from us? Open UK MyChart directly to check your appointment information or call your clinic using a phone number you already know.
Respond to an appointment reminder
Read or listen to the full reminder, then follow any instructions provided.
If you need help with your appointment, contact your clinic. You can also use UK MyChart to view and manage your appointments.
Change your communication preferences
In MyChart, from the main menu, go to Communication Preferences. For setting, you can modify what notifications to receive.
To stop text messages, reply STOP to the number that sent the message. This stops messages from that number, not necessarily all UK HealthCare text messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
