I feel that the doctor is trying to force a conventional treatment rather than working with me to find alternatives. Also, visit notes contain errors which the doctor refuses to correct.

My family has seen Dr. Walker for years now, that's why we followed her over when she transferred to this clinic :) She's always been absolutely fantastic and willing to go above and beyond for her patients. I feel so lucky to have her as my Doctor

Highly recommend Dr Walker. She's friendly, highly competent, listens without seeming to be in a hurry, and discusses not only what she thinks I should do, but inquires as to my preferences and goals. Feels like a collaboration and I very much like that.

Explanations fair because initial visit for symptoms and no diagnose. Proposed treatments not discussed because testing required. However I felt lack of detail regarding tests ordered and plan to follow up on test results.

Another Dr came in first-he told me,they'd call a few prescriptions in(never followed through.) I got 1 prescription.( stop telling ppl you're going to do something, and not follow through. Just say NO.) Then,I saw Dr Walker for about 3 minutes and she left quickly, after my examination. Then discharged.

I like that practice and my PCP. This visit was requested early on same day I was ill. It was for cold-like symptoms rather than my usual planned doctor visit. It all was satisfactory considering last minute.

Dr. Walker seemed uncomfortable to be discussing sexual activity and a yeast infection during my appointment. The resident even seemed more comfortable than Dr. Walker. Dr. Walker also seemed annoyed when I wanted a pelvic exam rather than to swab myself. I then waited about 20 minutes for her to come back with the resident so the resident could do the pelvic exam.

*Dr. Walker is probably the most thorough, patient-centered physician I have seen at UK.
