Since my injury in April 2020 I've not found anyoneTo listen and that's all I wanted was someone to listen to what has happened and what continues toHappen to me . I have never been more grateful and thankful as I am in the care I received. The doctor took his time to listen and ask so many questions yes ones I wasn't prepared for as I've had to think and my memory just isn't sharp as it once was . What ever happened to me that day changed my entire life for no reason. And it keeps attacking different parts of my body. Now by the Doctor taking the time to get to know everything that happened and has been happening I feel that in my heart I may be finally able to get some answers as to why or what happened or is happening. Dr. Kat I just can not thank you enough. I know you may not read this but you may say you haven't done anything yet but you did just by really listening and try to understand where I'm coming from and what my body is going through and just being a genuine caring Doctor. I just truly want to thank you and your absolute amazing staff. I was made to feel at ease from the moment I stepped up to the counter . So sweet so kind so thoughtful . I am always amazed by the level of care at this clinic. My visit lasted almost an hour with no downtime at all. I was comfortable asking a lot of questions and feel fully informed. I understand how thorough Dr Katyal has been with investigating the causes of my neuropathy and although I had never even heard the term 6 months ago, I'm confident that we will tackle and find a good avenue for resolution.
