About

Mohamed Alsharedi, MD, earned his medical degree from Tripoli University in Libya. He completed his training in Libya, then moved to USA ,started internal medicine residency followed by a fellowship in medical oncology at Marshall University.

Alsharedi served as a key faculty with Marshall University Hematology & Medical Oncology Fellowship program between 2015 to 2020
He holds a faculty appointment as an Associate Professor of Medicine. Alsharedi also has contributed more than 20
publications in medical journals and presented at national meetings.

He specializes in caring for patients with all types of cancer and blood disease.

Personal Statement

My philosophy is that each cancer patient is unique, and I believe in individualized, compassionate and evidence-based medicine.
It is a privilege to be there for my patients during their journey. I am dedicated to helping them receive the superior healthcare they deserve, and to making patients and their families feel more comfortable during a very difficult time in their lives.

Outside of medicine I enjoy traveling, swimming, outdoor activities, cooking and spending time with my family & friends.
