Dr. Neltner was fantastic about talking through my options and his thought processes, and explained things on a level that was appropriate for my background and level of education. I really appreciated that he shared his screen with me when discussing the test results that he was making decisions based on and when writing his prescriptions. When I expressed an opinion about a treatment, he respected my preferences. Really an excellent job with shared decision-making, and he arranged for me to do CBT with a resident when I asked. Really, really pleased. Thank you!
