    Dr Fritz is always so professional and great at explaining the recommendations about how the issue should be dealt with. And also asking if I understand what he has recommended and if I have any questions.

    Both Dr. Fritz and his resident were absolutely fabulous. They both connected with me in different ways and made me feel like I was more than just a number. I don't usually see MDs (usually see PAs and APRNs) because MDs have been dismissive of my concerns and knowledge and infantilized me in the past. That was not the case this time. I felt really valued and cared for in a professional and approachable manner.

      Dr. Fritz is excellent and I am not a fan of academia. I used to be an administrator at UK. The interns get much confused when taking history. Dr. Fritz followed perfectly. I understand interns are learning but my stress level was high in getting a second ENT here to try to properly diagnose my condition.
