Personal Statement

I am a neuromuscular neurologist. I received my medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School, Ann Arbor. I am board certified by the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine and the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Neurology, Clinical Neurophysiology and Neuromuscular Medicine. I spend a lot of my time teaching residents how to perform and interpret nerve conduction studies and EMG. I am a noted expert on therapeutic botulinum toxin injection. I am also very active in hospital administration. Currently my research is centered on the expressions of REM consciousness.

    The dr. seemed to not believe the severity of my situation until he went to review my inpatient chart. Which tells me he was unaware of what type of situation he was walking into. He also wanted to try to say my condition was caused by other factors when he did not even see me or witness my situation in the hospital.
