    Dr. Twist is amazing! She's so conscientious and thorough. I like the fact that she doesn't automatically throw a new medication in your direction; she offers non-medication (behavior-based) options first. For example, things as simple as drinking more water and walking ten minutes daily can make all the difference in the world.

      I always tell people I have the best primary care doctor in kentucky! I love Doctor Twist the level of care and respect.She shows you is unmatched by any doctor I ever had before. I will switch my insurance if necessary to make sure I continue to see her.

      Her expertise, like my normal PCP Beshear, was exceptional. I am primary immunosupressed and take IVIg at home and was getting very ill and w/her quick dx and tx she saved me from cancelling my surgery.

      I was seen by a resident before my PCP came in. That's been the pattern for my past several visits. I just wish my time with my PCP wasn't simply a review of the resident's notes, but an actual exam and with conversation. I really like my PCP, but other than reviewing the notes, she never touched me, never asked me other questions and since she hadn't seen my blood work at that point, I couldn't talk with her about it. It feels more and more like my annual physical is shorter and shorter and therefore less involved than it used to be. That's disappointing. I used to really appreciate the listening ear of my docotor.

      The entire team was excellent. Ashley was very helpful in setting up my visit and doing background intake. Dr. Twist's resident (I'm sorry, but I don't remember her name) was very focused and thorough in her evaluation, and Dr. Twist was excellent in putting everything together with the very best treatment option. Thank you!
