Karen McCloud was awesome! She explained everything perfectly and listened to every word I or my son said.

I had an incredible experience with Dr. McCloud! She was so kind and patient, and very easy to talk to you. She genuinely wanted to help me. I wish all doctors were like her. I can not say enough good things about Dr. McCloud.

A provider never saw me during my visit. I waited 75 minutes in the exam room without explaining any delays or updates, so I checked myself out at 17:15 and left.
