About
Hassan K. Reda, MD, was encouraged by his parents to pursue a career in the medical field, which led him to a career in cardiology. Today, Dr. Reda provides care to heart patients as a cardiac surgeon at the Gill Heart & Vascular Institute at UK HealthCare.
Dr. Reda received his degree from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon and participated in the general surgery residency program at State University of New York at Stony Brook. He also completed a fellowship in cardiothoracic surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch.
Dr. Reda is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. He cares deeply about his patients at UK HealthCare and focuses on providing exceptional care while putting their best interests first.
