Personal Statement

Gynecologic Pre-cancer Prevention, Screening, and Treatment. I will be using  Vaccination, Intrauterine Device (IUD), Ultrasound (including involvement with the Ovarian Cancer Screening Program – 1-800-76-OVARY), Pap Smear, Colposcopy, Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure (LEEP), Laser, Laparoscopy, and Minimally Invasive Surgery to care for and improve the overall health of the women of Kentucky.

      Dr. Horn was incredible. He took the time to explain what was (likely) going on, why and what would happen next and gave me all of my options to consider prior to moving forward. Dr. Horn was one of the first provided I've seen that actually took the time to listen to my concerns and explain to me what was happening and why.
