    Absolutely love how the doctor took her time and had a conversation with my child about why she needs to do certain things to help her eyes. She explained things not only to me but also my child. She actually pauses and engages with the silly questions and conversations that kids want to have with her. One of the best doctors I have ever seen.

      The doctor was so amazing and friendly. She was very thorough and explained everything. I'm so glad her injury was not as bad as we initially thought. We were actually able to reschedule our follow up with her which is a blessing. It's a much shorter drive from home. Easily the best provider we've seen with the advanced eye care clinic.

      I was very impressed with Van Norman's beside manner. She talked to me and my son, the patent. She listened to both of us and that's huge for me. My son is 12 so he did have questions and she was amazing with him.

      Dr. Van Norman is an amazing physician! She is so caring towards her patients and goes above and beyond to relate to the patient. My daughter is a huge Swiftie and Dr. Van Norman remembers that about her and always makes sure to reference something Swift related at our appointments. This is totally irrelevant to her eye care, however, it makes my daughter feel comfortable speaking with her about her eye care! Dr. Van Norman feels more like a friend than a provider and that sets her apart from others in the medical field where you sometimes feel as if you're just another person on their schedule for the day. When she is in the room, you feel as if you are the only patient on her roster and she is sure to take all the necessary time to provide a good exam, answer any questions and provide feedback about future care and treatment. There isn't enough space here for me to convey what Dr. Van Norman means to us and how much we appreciate her! The world needs more people like her.
