Charles Salters received his medical degree from the University of South Alabama, College of Medicine, Mobile, Ala. He then completed internal medicine training followed by a cardiology fellowship at the University of Kentucky. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and in Cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine and a diplomate of the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology.

Dr. Salters practices general cardiology in the Winchester, Ky. community at Clark Cardiology and the Clark Regional Medical Center through an affiliation with the University of Kentucky Gill Heart Institute in an effort to reach out to our patients closer to their homes.
