I had a MUCH better first experience with Kim than I'd had during any visit with my previous provider. Kim seemed much more interested in my concerns and gave me an explanation as to why she wanted to prescribe or change certain medications.

Kimberly has listened to my concerns that I have had for years but no one really took them to heart. Willing to try different avenues to help elevate my issues. Realize to finally be heard.

Dr Bender was so attentive and supportive. She was faced with a lot of information at once and it didn't phase her. She help explain test that would be performed and what she was going to do to try to help all the issues at hand. No rushing at all!! Such a caring and professional doctor.
