Katie showed me my MRI and explained what we were looking at, showed me my areas of concern, and thoroughly explained everything, as well as, answered all my questions to the best of her knowledge.

She thoroughly described my upcoming surgery and gave illustrations of the surgery step by step. She answered any questions that I had as well as questions that my husband has as well. She seemed very interested in me as a patient and wanting me to get my pain managed from having surgery. She also discussed the pain treatment plan after surgery and what to expect pain wise after I wake up after surgery. She calmed me down when I showed signs of being nervous and anxious about my upcoming surgery.
