Dr. Brown is always very informative when speaking about different conditions and medications needing to be taken, respectful, patient, and very understanding of requests.

Joanne Brown was very condescending and rude towards me. When I was asking her questions she got angry with me and acted like I was an Idiot for asking questions about my Illness and the medication I was going to take to treat It. I felt like she overreacted when I told her information about my health and shamed me for what I did. Every time I see her I feel Ill treated and feel shameful when I leave, which is the last thing I want to feel when I am talking to a doctor about my health.

I had a bad experience with a previous provider and this provider listened to and validating my concerns and feelings. I felt like I was thoroughly understood and not made to feel like my anxiety was unimportant or unjustified. This experience really helped me feel less anxious about having this done again in the future.

I was really nervous and she was super calming and affirming. She made me feel much better and more relaxed.
