She was a good listener and I felt like she cared.

The provider came into the room and listened while I explained my medical issues then did my physical exam and told me that they will be sending me back to my primary doctor because there wasn't anything they could do and that they needed the have appointments free for people who have more serious medical issues than I do. This was extremely upsetting because I came to you all looking for some suggestions and pretty much got nothing.

Provider wasn't up-to-date with my medical history. She did not listen to my heart or lungs. She didn't recommend x-rays on my feet.
