I had spoken with Jenna on the phone recently. First time I had seen her in the office. She was very friendly and extremely helpful.

She was pleasant to talk to.

Awesome experience

I was educated on what to expect during the procedure, any possible complications, what to expect after surgery and on the road to recovery. My Nurse Practitioner was very positive and kept me in good spirits. I really enjoyed her company!

Dr Haupert was great and she developed a great plan for my issue.

Jenna Haupert was very kind and considerate to me and my husband. She answered all our questions and showed me my xrays and pointed out exactly where the rods were broken in my spinal surgery and the broken screw as well as the broken vertebrae that joined the previous fusion I had. She also recommended that I see the surgeon for revision surgery and explained what steps may have to be done to help with my situation.

There were no bad experiences, Jenna talked with my wife and I like we had known each other for ever, and really took the time to go over every aspect. We were pleased with the interaction during the visit.

Jenna spent time listening to my history and concerns, she then reviewed my MRI thoroughly and explained the issues that may be causing my symptoms.

I cannot say enough good things about Jenna. She showed so much compassion and understanding of my worries and concerns.

Jenna by far gave me the most informed and professional concern I have received in my 5+ years of treatment. Genuine and caring. Made the efforts also to make sure there was an open door on my chart to voice future concerns. Listened to every detail of my issues and broke down the XRays and MRI's in great detail

I felt like he was thorough with the good and bad about the surgery needed.

I have been coming to the clinic to see Dr. Motiei for at least 2 years, and I had never met Jenna before. I absolutely loved her and so did my daughter. She answered all of our questions and explained concerns I had about my upcoming surgery. Very professional and knowledgeable!!
