Casie M. Mayne, PA-C, RD, LD

Casie Mayne is a clinical dietitian and physician assistant in UK HealthCare’s general gastroenterology clinic. She treats inflammatory bowel disease, constipation, diarrhea gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and other conditions.

Mayne earned her bachelor’s in general dietetics and her master’s in community nutrition from Eastern Kentucky University. She later went on to receive another master’s degree, this one in physician assistant studies from the University of Kentucky.

As an Eastern Kentucky native, Mayne is proud to serve the communities of the Commonwealth.
