Brooke Englert is an advanced nurse practitioner at the Center for the Advancement of Women's Health. She began her career as a staff nurse in the field of pediatric acute care at Kentucky Children's Hospital in 2010 and she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Kentucky in 2010. She completed a Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University in 2015 and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Clinical Leadership in Healthcare from the University of Kentucky in 2023. Englert is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is currently providing comprehensive and preventative medical services to women in a clinical facility in the Kentucky Clinic.

      I enjoy meeting with Brooke. She is very attentive, explains things well, is great about answering questions, and never makes you feel out of place. She explains the next levels of care, lab results, and diagnosis in ways that are easy to understand. She is awesome in addressing personal concerns, and is very encouraging and positive. She's truly a professional and I trust her with my care. As a matter of fact, I recently recommended her to a neighbor.

      My case provider recommended low dose medication as a heart scare for diabetic blood levels and cholesterol, however I would rather have been referred to a cardiac dietician to discuss modifying my diet to more heart healthy.
