Sarah M. Estill, MAS, RD, LD, IBCLC

Sarah Estill is a pediatric clinical dietitian and nutritionist at UK HealthCare. She has over seven years of experience and spent the past two years specializing in pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition. 

Estill provides expert care in medical nutrition therapy, enteral nutrition, maternal and child nutrition, and infant feeding. She is also a board-certified lactation consultant.

Personal Statement

I chose to work in medicine because I wanted to help others during their most fragile, vulnerable times. 

My philosophy on patient care is to embrace each individual as if they were my own family or friend. Life can throw us unexpected curveballs, but I aim to support my patients with the highest level of care. 

I am a Kentucky native, and I am dedicated to serving local patients and seeing them thrive. My clinical work is grounded in compassion, evidence-based practice, and a deep commitment to improving the health and well-being of women, infants and children through nutrition.

Outside of practicing medicine, I am passionate about my family, my children, travel and the beautiful outdoors of the Bluegrass State. We love hiking, trying new restaurants and spending time at our family farm. I’m also a fan of sports and enjoy going to college and professional games.
