Neuroscience unit nurses driven by desire to make a difference

Charley and Joshua Saleeby

Meet nurses Charley and Joshua Saleeby, a married couple working together in the neuroscience unit.

Charley decided to become a nurse when she saw how much the nurses cared for her family members when they were hospitalized, and Joshua wanted to pursue nursing because he appreciates all the opportunities it provides, such as using advanced healthcare technology and traveling to further his education.

Both of them feel like they’re making a difference by treating patients of underserved populations.

Watch Charley and Joshua Saleeby discuss why they became nurses and why it’s important to them to work at a family-centered hospital.
