More time was spent lecturing me about the need to let my baby cry it out than even trying to figure out why he stomach is so uncomfortable

This was our first appointment in person. She was nice however, I felt that our concerns wasn't took seriously enough and we are still concerned about my sons G.I. Issues.

We feel that a plan of care had been set for our daughter prior to even meeting us and listening to our concerns. Reviewing medical records prior to our visit is expected, but dictating a plan of care prior to meeting the patient narrows the scope of the plan of care. We plan to continue care with UK GI, overall the visit was good, but hopefully our concerns will be taken into account more frequently at our next visit.

The provider seemed dismissive of our questions and concerns regarding treatment plans. She also suggested we not research the side effects of her proposed treatment as we would be nervous to proceed.
