      MD and NP were outstanding. They discussed different possible causes for my problem, identified the symptoms I was most concerned with, and suggested a course of action. Then they let me decide. Then we again went over the options, agreed that we will try my preferred course of action, and assess how that goes in a few weeks. Amazing work for the both of them.
