    I had a lot of questions and he did not rush me but was kind and patient. I was struggling with memory and often forgot what I was saying a number of times. Each time I apologized he remeasured me I didn't need to apologize which helped put me at ease. This was my first visit with this provider and I really appreciated his knowledge of my case prior to coming in and his empathy while seeing me. He gave clear answers and would repeat them if I needed him to. Great addition to the transplant team and I look forward to working with him in the future.
