    Provider wouldn't answer direct questions. Also, didn't seem to care whether my condition seem to shorten my life. Provider said he looked over my chart the day before and had already decided how they were going to handle my care. Could have saved me time and just called me on the phone as they had already made their decision before even seeing me.
